We may engage third-party service providers to facilitate payment processing and the completion of Purchases. By submitting your information, you authorize us to share such information with these third parties in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, product or service availability, inaccuracies or errors in product or service descriptions or pricing, errors in your order, or other applicable reasons.
We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected. While we use standard encryption and security measures to protect your payment information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
4. Contests, Sweepstakes and Promotions
Any contests, sweepstakes, or other promotions (collectively, “Promotions”) made available through Service may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms of Service. If you participate in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy Policy. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms of Service, the Promotion rules will apply.
5. Subscriptions
All parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles will be set depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the same terms unless you cancel it or 1001380238 Ontario Inc. cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal at any time, either through your online account management page or by contacting info@instituteoffinancialfreedom.com.
You may cancel your Subscription at any time; however, all payments for the current Billing Cycle and any remaining months you initially committed to are non-refundable and will still be charged in full, even if you choose to cancel before the end of the period. Access to the Service will continue until the end of the paid term.
A valid payment method is required to process your Subscription. You must provide 1001380238 Ontario Inc. with accurate and complete billing information, including, but not limited to, your full name, address, email, postal or ZIP code, telephone number, and valid payment details. By submitting such payment information, you authorize 1001380238 Ontario Inc. to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to the provided payment method. If automatic billing fails for any reason, 1001380238 Ontario Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your Subscription before the renewal date.
6. Fee Changes
1001380238 Ontario Inc., in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.
1001380238 Ontario Inc. will provide you with prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to allow you to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.
Your continued use of the Service after a Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to agree to these Terms. You agree not to use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
8. Refunds
We offer a 7-day refund policy for all Contracts and Products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days from the original purchase date.
After 7 days have passed, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.
To request a refund, please contact us at info@instituteoffinancialfreedom.com with your order details. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once approved.
9. Content
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material (“Content”). You are responsible for the Content that you post on or through the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
By posting Content on or through Service, you represent and warrant that: (i) Content is yours (you own it) and/or you have the right to use it and the right to grant us the rights and license as provided in these Terms, and (ii) the posting of your Content on or through Service does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, or any other rights of any person or entity. 12. No Use By Minors
